I confirm that all the information provided by me to ChoPaChe is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any misrepresentation may lead to cancellation of my admission or visa process, for which ChoPaChe shall not be held responsible.

I understand that it is my responsibility to provide all the required documents for my application process and that failure to do so on time may delay or negatively affect my admission or visa outcome. I acknowledge the document return policy that original documents will be returned within 30 days of process completion or upon written request.

I acknowledge that ChoPaChe provides guidance, support, and documentation assistance. Final decisions regarding admissions, scholarships, and visa approvals are made by the respective universities and immigration authorities. Services do NOT include ongoing academic support, career counseling post-admission, emergency assistance abroad, or accommodation arrangements unless explicitly stated.

I understand that ChoPaChe provides free consultation services. However, I am responsible for making direct payments to universities, exam boards (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.), and immigration authorities for application, tuition, and visa fees.

I understand that ChoPaChe does not guarantee admission, scholarship, or visa success, as these are dependent on multiple external factors including individual merit, institutional policies, and immigration rules.

I authorize ChoPaChe to share my documents and personal information with relevant institutions and partners only for the purpose of fulfilling my application and admission process. I understand that my data will be handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, local regulations) and will be retained for a maximum of 7 years from the completion of services, after which it will be securely destroyed. I have the right to access, modify, or request deletion of my personal data.

I understand the typical timeline for university applications (3-6 months) and visa processing (2-4 months) may vary based on destination country and institution. Delays due to external factors beyond ChoPaChe's control (policy changes, institutional delays) will not be grounds for service termination or compensation claims.

In case I wish to withdraw my application at any stage, I must notify ChoPaChe in writing with 48 hours notice. I understand that any financial losses or consequences arising from such withdrawal shall be my sole responsibility. ChoPaChe reserves the right to terminate services in case of non-compliance, breach of terms, or provision of false information.

I agree to maintain timely communication with ChoPaChe through designated channels (email, WhatsApp, phone) and provide requested information and responses within 72 hours to avoid delays in the process. ChoPaChe will respond to queries within 24-48 hours during business days.

I will comply with all laws, immigration regulations, and institutional policies of the destination country and educational provider. I understand that ChoPaChe will not be liable for any legal action or consequences resulting from my non-compliance.

I understand that ChoPaChe is not responsible for post-arrival services unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement. I am responsible for arranging accommodation, travel, and other personal logistics after visa approval.

I acknowledge that ChoPaChe is not involved in the tuition or application fee refund process. Any refund must be pursued by me directly through the respective institution, following their policies.

I understand that while ChoPaChe may refer me to third-party providers (e.g., travel agencies, accommodation services), it does not hold any responsibility for the services provided by those external entities.

ChoPaChe shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government policy changes, pandemic-related restrictions, or institutional policy modifications.

I declare that I will inform ChoPaChe only if I am simultaneously pursuing to the same university through another education consultancy to avoid application conflicts. I understand that I am not obligated to disclose other consultancy relationships otherwise.

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/Country]. This agreement is governed by the laws of [Your Country].
